"Surprisingly easy to manage"
I’ll admit, I expected changing my subscription to be kind of annoying, but it really wasn’t. I moved my delivery date and skipped a month without any hassle. Everything was easy to find in my account, and there weren’t any weird hidden steps or need to call support, which I definitely appreciated.

My skin is basically a drama queen, so I have to inspect every ingredient like I’m solving a mystery. sephora made it so much easier because the allergy info and reviews were right there, which felt like a lifesaver. "Good products, but shipping can be slower than others"
The products were good and everything arrived in decent shape, so no complaints there. The only thing is the shipping took longer than I expected, especially compared to some other places I’ve ordered from recently. I’d still order again, but I’d probably plan for a little extra wait time.

My sephora login has been easy overall, and my snap judgment is that it feels secure. I like that it double-checks things when I’m signing in from a new device because it makes me feel better about having my info saved there.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the verification code is slow to show up sometimes. It’s not a huge problem, but when I’m just trying to get into my account quickly, it gets a little annoying

"Felt like getting advice from a friend"
I stopped in because I had no clue what foundation shade to get, and the beauty advisor was so helpful. She really listened to what I was looking for, matched me quickly, and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra products. She also gave me a few easy tips for my dry skin, which I appreciated because my sister deals with the same thing and we’re always comparing products. It felt more like getting advice from a friend than a sales pitch. Super nice experience, and I’d definitely go back.

My order did show up fine, so I’ll give them that, but the delivery took longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated, which was frustrating since I was waiting on stuff I actually needed. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification was annoying and felt unnecessary. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more hassle than it should’ve been.

Yes, i'd like to write about josie maran milk. i have been using for a year now, i know exactly how long the bottle last. lately i have been cut short, i bought a brand new bottle and had it on a scale by a professional hairdresser ( as he uses an electronic scale to mix formulas) surprisee! the bottle itsel weights 100ml ( had several empty ones) with the product is supposed to weight 130ml. surprise! it doesn't. mine weighted a whopping 21 ml! i will return it or buy it but will have it to verify that we're actually buying the expensive 30ml for $50+ ** disappointed**

Very rude customer service.

I would like to change my face moisturizer. i'm now celebrating my 40th birthday and noticed that my over the counter products aren't treating all my skin needs. do you provide consultancy? if the product you recommend doesn't work, can i return?
