"Exceptional service"
In the past few months I have placed several orders. Some delivered to my home and some sent elsewhere as gifts. Even during this unusual time as well as the holiday season, Sephora has delivered accurately and within the timeframe stated. Sometimes even before the expected delivery. I appreciate the ease of ordering online as well as the email updates. This has not been the case with other competitor companies that I have used. I’ve had horrible experiences with Macy’s and will not use them again. Sephora will definitely continue to be my first choice . I’ve had equal great service in store as well. Thank you Sephora!

I get their perfume sampler kit every year for my sister. It's so great - she gets to sample around 10 perfumes, and then choose one of the at the end and they give her a full bottle. It's hard to choose a perfume in the store, and when you can use it multiple times at home and in daily life it's so much easier to find the right one for you. The quality of them are great. I would recommend for a gift this holiday season!

Good service, good offers.

Useful tracking updates, with clear clarification of every stage, including awaiting for next available flight.

A bit disappointed with my second purchase, where the products arrived defective. But the returns process was clear, although time-consuming due to the covid situation. But the refund was processed quickly while awaiting for collection of defective products.

Definitely a trustworthy site to shop on.

I love the Sephora Studio Hoboken, NJ location! I'm a frequent shopper there and all of the girls there are super helpful, especially Jessica! It's still a pandemic and they have really been abiding by all regulations needed to keep us all safe. I really appreciate all of their help and genuinely have a great time shopping and talking with the whole staff.

Shopped many years at Sephora retail store, and this is my go to place to purchase products like Sunday Riley, Dior, Clarins, Armani, La Mer and more.

I recently switched to ordering online. Overall experiences were good but my shipment got delayed and arrived one week after placing the order. Perhaps because of the weather or wild fire spreading? Anyway, I am a loyal customer here and often has wonderful experiences shopping in their physical stores. If they keep up a great service and product selection, I will maintain my five star reviews for them.

Good surprise that they start accepting the Insider points as credit. Awesome!

"Love Sepohora"
I am sorry people have had a bad time with Sephora. I buy EVERYTHING on line and often return to the store. No hassles, no questions asked. One time a shipment did not show up and they replaced the whole thing at no cost to me. Their production selection is out of this world and if you pay the $15 a year "free shipping" subscription it pays for itself in 3 purchases or be a Rouge Member, free shipping there. Awesome perks with points and again the products are outstanding. Website offers plenty of answers and helpful advice. I hope my luck continues with them as there are so many bad reviews on customer service. I highly recommend.

"Oh my, what a difference!"
I had been using another well known cosmetic name for their eyelid primer, for years and loved it. Someone suggested the Sephora one to me, so I thought I would try it. Oh my, what a difference! My eye shadow really does stay on all day! I have oily lids and I just did not think that was even possible. It really is the best, and this is my now new best product!

Yes, i'd like to write about josie maran milk. i have been using for a year now, i know exactly how long the bottle last. lately i have been cut short, i bought a brand new bottle and had it on a scale by a professional hairdresser ( as he uses an electronic scale to mix formulas) surprisee! the bottle itsel weights 100ml ( had several empty ones) with the product is supposed to weight 130ml. surprise! it doesn't. mine weighted a whopping 21 ml! i will return it or buy it but will have it to verify that we're actually buying the expensive 30ml for $50+ ** disappointed**
